Flash Results provides a high level, professional timing and results service for track and field, and is also the Official Service Provider for Lynx Systems Developers.

Starting in 1992 we have provided service to most major championships in the United States. Some of our clients include USA Track & Field, NCAA Division I & II Championships, The Penn Relays, the 2000, 2004 & 2008 US Olympic Team Trials, The Atlantic Coast Conference, Southeastern Conference, Big 12 Conference, Big Ten Conference, and Pac10 Conference.

  • Clear-Com hard wire field communication system from timing location to start-finish, and clerking location.
  • Display current competitor and current standings on field event displays and announcer screen.
  • ReacTime complete Championship False Start Detection System.
  • Quick accurate distance measurement with LaserLynx, laser-based measuring system
  • Digital integrated Gill Sonic wind gauges which sends information to the scoreboard for automatic display of wind readings.
  • Individual elected features are included in our "Letters of Agreement".
    Finishlynx Timing
  • A large inventory of 15 FinishLynx cameras. Allowing a large range of timing locations, both sides of finishline, wind reverse sprint     finishlines, simultaneous front stretch back stretch races.
    EtherLynx Pro Camera and EtherLynx Fusion Camera
  • Timing accuracy of up to 1/10000th of a second.
  • All finishlines, main finish, wind reverse sprints, are covered by two-independent systems.

    Transponder Timing Services
      
  • RFID timing using IPICO Sportag™ and IPICO Dual Frequency Antennas.
  • Start and finish line mats for mass finish races that require a "Net Time" or "Chip Time".
  • Split points at various locations throughout the course. Data from these locations can be displayed live through various methods.
  • Live SMS Text and Email alerts with split times, finish times or team scores.
  • Live leaderboard online with current standings, split information and team scores.
  • Customized searchable results.
  • Integrated with Lynx camera and IdentiLynx camera for verification of identity by hip or bib number and uniform.
  • Television, scoreboard, and pace clocks interface for running time.
  • Statistics feed, including split times and team scores, for videoboards and television production.

    Field Events
        
  • FieldLynx Hand held devices or netbook devices used to enter field events results, it automatically uploads information to meet manager database from the infield. Output information to scoreboard or our field event displays. Does Metric - Imperial conversions instantly for spectator displays.
  • Live updates on current athlete and standings of event to announcer and internet.
  • LaserLynx, Electronic Measuring Device, interfaces directly with our field event display boards.
  • Field Event Displays interface directly to FieldLynx for instant, competitor name, position in event and performance.
    -Two-sided, rotating 9' long, two line alpha-numeric field event display units.
    -Single-sided, automatic rotating 9' long LED Galaxy display boards. Can also display four line standings and be used for track running time/results when not being used for field events.

    Results Management
  • Self administered online entry, and performance list system, eliminating the third party website from controlling entries.
  • Set up all heats using predetermined seeding formulas, and prints out all heat sheets. All functions, such as, team scoring, forming flights and heats.
  • Results are produced quickly and neatly after each event and in a summary immediately after the meet.
  • Television Services, provide broadcast quality on screen running time, split times, and fully automatic winning time. Instantly provide finish picture to television.
  • Results & Start lists output and interfaces with broadcast graphics.
  • Instantly view results via the internet. Meet management receives a web ready copy of results for posting to the host's web site. Also all entries can be submitted online, using our automated online entry system.

    Event Displays
    Daktronics Galaxy Amber display board. Automatic spinning bases available. Can be used for field event display, finishline display, or stadium scoreboard.   


    Daktronics Galaxy Color display board. Mostly used for finishline or corner display. Displays start list, running time and results. Can also scroll sponsor and event logos.   


    Large modular scoreboard, Out of our inventory of 29 modular displays, we can create scoreboards to fit any meet's needs. 1-8 lines by 20 characters.   


    Drive on site video board with Lynx's ResulTV or custom interface. Interface with Daktronics RTD when a Daktronics ProStar board is available.
